These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Cserv Labs ("Cserv Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide software-as-a-service tools (currently "Inbox Copilot"), one-time digital deliverables ("FAQ Builder"), and professional services ("White-Glove Setup"), each described on our website at cservlabs.com. Features, limits, and pricing may change, but changes to existing paid plans will be announced to affected customers by email at least 30 days in advance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use our services to send unsolicited commercial email or any content that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure; (c) use our services to generate content that infringes third-party rights, defames any person, or targets minors; or (d) resell or sublicense our services without our written consent.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you provide to us ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to operate and improve the services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data. We do not train public AI models on Customer Data.

5. Payments and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle displayed at checkout until you cancel. One-time products are billed once at the time of purchase. All charges are in US dollars and are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the self-service link included in each receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and large-language-model APIs. We take reasonable care to choose reputable providers but are not responsible for outages, data handling, or acts of those third parties beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any output before using it in communications with your customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, access to paid services ends and we will delete your Customer Data according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
