Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you aren't, email us and we will make it right. Below is the policy in detail.
Subscriptions (Inbox Copilot)
- 14-day guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your first charge on a subscription product, we will refund that first charge in full, no questions asked.
- After 14 days. You can cancel at any time from the self-service link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not prorate refunds for the current billing period by default, but we will consider refund requests case-by-case — email [email protected].
One-time digital products (FAQ Builder)
- Because the deliverable is a digital file prepared specifically for you, we evaluate refund requests case-by-case based on whether the deliverable has been sent and whether the included revision round has been used.
- If you are unhappy with the deliverable, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will either revise it or refund you in full.
Services (White-Glove Setup)
- If we have not begun work, we refund 100%.
- If work has begun but the engagement has not been completed to the agreed scope, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
- After a completed engagement, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference. We respond within one US business day and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first. We are small and responsive — we would much rather resolve a dispute directly than through a chargeback. Chargebacks issued before we have had an opportunity to respond may result in account suspension.
